Onyx Winter Park

I can't say enough about the standard of upkeep around Onyx apartments. Very beautiful and gives you a feeling of being home. Most of all is the professionalism and courtesy that was displayed by the office manager (Victoria). Victoria definitely raised the bar in her line of work. I had six apartments to visit and didn't go any further after talking with Victoria and taking the guided tour. Thanks Victoria for everything coming from out of state and not knowing the area you truly made a difference and lightened my load. Kudos to you 🎉🎉 Thank you!

I lived at the Onyx on the first floor by the lake & we had real RATS& roaches!! Like we lived in New York. We paid almost 2k a month & The leasing office never did anything to remedy this issue: this was as of 2023. I wouldn’t not move here if I were you. They made so many promises to fix the situation & never did. I even felt as though they didn’t care as many times I came up there freaking out about it. MOVE ANYWHERE ELSE. Roaches and rats in Florida in 2023 is insane!!!!! Especially for what they want you to pay. The gate doesn’t work, management is joke! Actually pictures attached!

Very pleasant place to call home. The residents are friendly, the staff is welcoming and the area is beautiful. Raul is very kind and will help you quickly and efficiently. The standard of the apartments themselves is quite high. Appliances are new and of good quality, the floor plans are spacious and open. Very happy with my decision to move here.

Alright I'm not gonna lie on the company not gonna give "unfeasible information". I just outright didn't like the price of the apartments, now I digress immediately when I say my reasons I'm a military vet I've just recently come home and overall I had to planned to go to FL as a means for college and overall structure to my new civilian life. I contacted the apartments leasing agency and at that time couldn't be approved due to my credit and payment history that's perfectly find and understandable, however what isn't or rather wasn't was the cost of a studio apartment being $1490 (this is without the bundle they include which bumps it up to $1690, since its $200 for the bundle of trash wifi cosmectic (this doesnt include your bills btw just the overall apartment) hitting you kind of deep in the pocket for almost anyone new to that scenario. Now here's where I felt hit I tried to send off documentation continuously with my parent so that I could even be approved for said apartment I was consistently called and told time I replied with "understood on the concept however I can't for another person to drop work just to send you documents" so I overall lost the apartment which didn't really hit me too much it just made me realize paying that much would've been a terrible financial decision anyways. Yessenia did have amazing service that's the only good I really have to show on this. I don't give it a low score due to its housing availability but to the overall services provided along with the financial stipulations that aren't included nor told to you upfront.

We moved to Orlando for college not previously being for there and were very hesitant on multiple apartments. However, at the onyx all of the workers were extremely kind, especially Yessenia, which answered all of our questions durning move in and move out. Maintenance and front office are really quick with anything you may need. Really enjoyed living here, only reason for leaving is because school finished and we moved away!
